Angel-Inn  

 

Henry and Mary Ann Pagett were mine hosts of the Angel Inn during the mid-1870's. The couple had previously kept the Red Lion and the Acorn Inn, two pubs located in Amblecote's Brettell Lane.

 

 
Golden-Lion-Inn

In the 21st century this pub has been trading as Katie Fitzgerald's but had previously been known as the Stourbridge Lion. However, for most of the pub's history, it has been called the Golden Lion Inn.

 

 

 

 

 

 
Market-Hall-Vaults  

 

Sarah Ann Harris moved to the Market Hall Vaults from the Longlands Tavern in Lower Hill Street. She died in 1904.
