"David Parker, William Phillips, and Henry Chater, were charged with stealing 10lbs. weight of lead,
the property of William Ulgett, who deposed that on Monday night he locked up his shop in Little Ann Street, and went to his house, which is in
the adjoining yard. At eleven o'clock, he went to the shop and found the door locked and a key inside, and he soon heard footsteps the shop. He
called a police officer, and they entered the place and found the prisoners; and upon on them a piece of lead which had been removed. The prisoners
were committed."
