"William Sanders, of Abberley, charged Patrick Crogan with assaulting him on the 20th August last. Complainant was at Palmer's beer house at Abberley, and when he came out he was struck by Crogan and another man. He was knocked into the ditch, and Crogan kept striking him; and complainant ran away from him, and he then followed him with a broad hook and swore he would cut his head off. Fined 10s. and costs."
